She analyzed comparable properties, then added or deducted from the recommended list price based on differences in features between my house and the comps. Once we started working together, she staged my house. The furniture and decorative objects she brought from her storage facility were gorgeous. She arrived with a pickup truck full of beautiful items that she unloaded herself. She was so enthusiastic, she was even carrying large armchairs by herself up my staircase! She has beautiful taste and accessorized my house much more attractively than I ever did. Her pricing was spot on, so we had multiple bids even though my house was built in 1790, and these properties are more difficult to sell. Once we closed the deal, she found an excellent handyman to help me move furniture out of my house (I was traveling for work, and he had to do this daunting task by himself). She also recommended a terrific closing attorney who was one of the most organized people I've ever seen. Ditto for her superb photographer. Bonnie is also exceptionally responsive. Her responses to my texts and calls were immediate. In the rare case that she couldn't be interrupted, she would text that she was in a meeting, etc. I also appreciated how hard Bonnie worked to stage two different open houses and do many, many showings. She is an 11 out of 10, and I'm so grateful to her for helping me sell my house!
